Free Dandelion

Dandelion (deadname Mathew Daniel Temael) is a 23 year old native Palauan transfemme youth sex worker and activist currently being held captive at Putnam County Jail, Florida, U.S. She has plead not guilty on all charges for allegations of premeditating the stabbing murder of the 70 year old convicted child rapist Louis Stackhouse III, and later stealing his car after burning down his house. She has been charged with 1st degree murder, 1st degree arson, 3rd degree grand theft auto, and 3rd degree burglary of conveyance. If convicted on all charges, she is facing multiple life sentences and possibly the death penalty.

We are a prison abolitionist defense committee aiming to free our incarcerated comrade Dandelion as well as freeing our most marginalized relatives held in captivity with her in South West Florida. We made this fund to cover all expenses necessary to achieve our goals as a defense committee. This includes certain legal expenses, communications fees, software, and various other materials and costs. Not only does Dandelion urge us to materially support our most marginalized relatives held in captivity with her, she also urges us to materially support our most marginalized relatives volunteering in this autonomous legal defense committee.

As a volunteer based and horizontally organized committee, all funds are dispersed by group consensus with full financial transparency to our donors, sponsors, and supporters.
