In 2016, after the self-dissolution of the “Self-managed social center” collectivity, which had the political responsibility for 18 years of the space that had the same name with the collectivity, people and groups who had developed political and social relations within the "Self-managed social center" during its years of operation decided to establish a new public space of the leftish movement with the name "Self-managed Social Center Perasma". In this social center political/social collectivities with references to social anarchy and libertarian communism, collectivities around gender, patriarchy and anti-sexism, self-education groups, group for art from below and structures, meet together (radio, lending library, bookstore, space for the distribution of cooperative products and basic goods without mediators, in direct contact and communication with producers who do not work in the opposite direction to our basic principles).

The project is constituted in an assembly with the aim of managing the activities of "Perasma" and therefore has its own political responsibility, but it is not a political group with a unified political say and action. Politically oriented against state, capital, patriarchy and their derivatives, sexism, racial and social racism, it is inspired by class and internationalist solidarity, feminism and anti-racism. It primarily and practically defends the autonomy from the state, the parties, the NGOs and the bureaucracy of syndicalism.

It operates on the principles of self-organization, horizontality, anti-hierarchy, rotation of persons and financial independence. The General Assembly has a decisive character through unanimity/consensus – with consequent political responsibility. It consists of representatives of the political/social collectivities and structures that coexist in the social center (and are responsible for their political speech, procedures, interventions, events) and of the persons who each time constitutes the work groups of the project. The General Assembly, respecting the autonomy of their personality and action, obviously does not interfere in this field - just as it does not interfere in the events hosted at the "Self-Managed Social Center Perasma".

In its internal processes, companionship, solidarity, mutual respect, self-commitment, expression of the political will for collective action and the productive management of the issues that arise, are aimed. The collectivities/structures that want to be co-located in the Self-Managed Social Center Perasma make their request to the monthly assembly presenting what they are and what they do, as well as the needs they have from the space; in addition to accepting the political framework and the operating framework, a prerequisite is not to consider cohabitation/coexistence with the other collectivities as a "forced solution to their housing problem", but as an essential contribution to the creation of a public common space. All persons who want to participate in the Self-Managed Social Center Perasma make their request to the monthly meeting, however, in addition to the acceptance of the political and the operating framework, an important factor is the willingness for collectivization within the "Self-Managed Social Center Perasma"; therefore, at a reasonable interval the individual persons (must) participate in some of the working groups, activity groups and/or propose and promote the creation of new ones. Since the physiognomy of the space can only evolve through equal companionship, behaviors that reproduce sexism, racism, depreciation of partners and companions or the collective enterprise itself, are not tolerated– however, if they occur, they are raised as issues to the assembly with the aim of solving the problems they caused.

The center is open and supportive of any attempt to strengthen social and class struggles. It welcomes and hosts schemes during the process of their political formation, hosts solidarity actions in different fields (class, gender, social rights, anti-racism, refugees-immigrants). His inner life is articulated around the inner processes of the groups, the self-education discussions on texts and books, the open events that are organized, the films that are shown, the plays that are staged, the musical evenings, the coffees served, the celebrations of our common life and the joy of fighting; and above all, through the bonds that all these builds.

In this context, the "Self-Managed Social Center Perasma", recognizing itself as an integral part of the movement, seeks to remain a point of meeting, enrichment and promotion of social, political and class struggles. Economic independence, political attitude and choice, are a necessary condition that ensures the possibility of the shelter to exist, and to actually support and empower the people from below.

En 2016, après l'auto-dissolution de la collectivité ‘’Centre Social Autogéré’’, qui avait la responsabilité politique de l'espace avec le même nom pendant 18 ans, des personnes et des groupes qui avaient développé de relations politiques et sociales au sein du "Centre Social Autogéré’’" au cours des années de son opération, ont décidé d'établir un espace public sous le nom de '’Centre Social Autogéré Perasma’’. Dans ce centre se rencontrent des intégrations politico-sociaux aux références à l'anarchie sociale et au communisme libertaire, des collectivités autour du genre, du patriarcat et de l'antisexisme, des groupes d'auto-éducation, un groupe pour l'art (non par les spécialistes) et des structures (radio, bibliothèque de prêt, librairie, espace pour distribution de produits coopératifs et de biens de base sans d'intermédiaires, en contact direct et en communication avec des producteurs qui ne fonctionnent pas contrairement à nos principes).

Le projet se constitue à une assemblée dans le but de gérer les activités qui se déroulent dans le "Centre Social Autogéré Perasma" et en conséquent elle a sa responsabilité politique, malgré le fait que ce n'est pas un groupe politique avec des discours et des actions politiques unifiés. Politiquement orientée contre l'État, le capital, le patriarcat et leurs dérivés, le sexisme, le racisme racial et social, elle s'inspire de la solidarité de classe et de l’internationalisme, du féminisme et de l'antiracisme. Elle défend de manière principale et pratique l'autonomie vis-à-vis l’état, les partis, les ONG et la bureaucratie syndicaliste.

Le centre social fonctionne selon les principes d'auto-organisation, d'horizontalité, d'anti-hiérarchie, de rotation des personnes. L'assemblée générale tire son caractère de l'unanimité/consensus - avec la responsabilité politique qui en découle. Elle est composée de représentantes des collectivités et structures politiques/sociaux qui coexistent dans l'espace (et sont responsables de leur discours politique, procédures, interventions, événements) et des personnes qui réalisent chaque fois le travail du projet. L'Assemblée générale, respectant en pratique l'autonomie de leur personnalité et leur s'actions , n'interfère évidemment pas dans leurs projets - pas plus qu'elle n'interfère dans les événements accueillis au "Centre Social Autogéré Perasma".

Dans ses processus internes, la solidarité, le respect mutuel, l'engagement de soi, l'expression de la volonté politique d'action collective et la gestion productive des enjeux qui se posent sont souhaitables. Les collectivités/structures qui souhaitent cohabiter dans le Centre Social Autogéré Perasma font leur demande à l’assemblée mensuelle, en présentant ce qu'ils sont et ce qu'ils font ainsi que les besoins qu'ils ont ; Sauf accepter le cadre politique et le cadre de fonctionnement, il est nécessaire de ne pas considérer la cohabitation/coexistence avec d'autres collectivités/entreprises comme une "solution forcée à leur problème de logement", mais comme une contribution essentielle à la création d'un espace public commun. Toutes les personnes qui veulent participer au Centre Social Autogéré Perasma font leur demande à la réunion mensuelle, mais, au-delà de l'acceptation du cadre politique et du cadre de fonctionnement, un facteur important est la volonté de se collectiviser au sein du "Centre Social Autogéré Perasma". Dans un délai raisonnable, les personnes individuelles doivent participer à certains des groupes de travail, à leurs activités et/ou proposer et promouvoir la création de nouveaux. Puisque la physionomie de l'espace ne peut évoluer qu'à travers des relations de partenaires égaux, des comportements qui reproduisent le sexisme, le racisme, la dépréciation des partenaires ou de l'entreprise collective elle-même ne sont pas tolérés – cependant, s'ils arrivent, ils sont soulevés comme des sujets à l’assemblée, dans le but de résoudre les problèmes qu'ils ont causés.

Le centre est ouvert et favorable à tout mouvement visant à renforcer les luttessociales et les luttes de classe. Il accueille et héberge des projets pendant le processus de leur formation politique, et héberge des actions de solidarité dans différents domaines (classe, genre, droits sociaux, antiracisme, réfugiés-immigrés). Sa vie intérieure s'articule autour des processus intérieurs des groupes, des discussions d'auto-éducation sur les textes et les livres, des événements ouverts qui sont organisés, des films qui sont projetés, des pièces de théâtre qui sont mises en scène, des soirées musicales, des cafés, des célébrations de notre communauté. Et surtout, autour des liens que tous ces éléments créent.

Dans ce contexte, le Centre Social Autogéré Perasma, en reconnaissant soi-même comme une partie intégrante du mouvement, cherche à rester un point de rencontre, d'enrichissement et de promotion des luttes sociales et politiques et de luttes de classe. L'indépendance économique, le libre choix et l’indépendance d'attitude politique sont des conditions nécessaires qui garantissent sa possibilité d'exister et, à son tour, de soutenir et de renforcer les parties basses de la société en les considérant sa propre partie.

2016, nach der Selbstauflösung des Kollektivs „Selbstverwaltetes Sozialzentrum“, das 18 Jahre lang die politische Verantwortung für den gleichnamigen Raum mit dem Kollektiv trug, Personen und Gruppen, die darin politische und soziale Beziehungen aufgebaut haben hatte das „Selbstverwaltende Sozialzentrum“ beschloss in den Jahren seines Bestehens, einen neuen öffentlichen Raum der linken Bewegung mit dem Namen „Selbstverwaltetes Sozialzentrum Perasma“ zu errichten. In diesem sozialen Zentrum treffen sich politisch-soziale Kollektive mit Bezügen zu sozialer Anarchie und libertärem Kommunismus, Kollektiven rund um Gender, Patriarchat und Antisexismus, Selbstbildungsgruppen, Gruppe für Kunst von unten und Strukturen, (Radio, Leihbibliothek, Buchhandlung, Raum für den Vertrieb von Genossenschaftsprodukten und Grundgütern ohne Vermittler, in direktem Kontakt und Kommunikation mit Produzenten, die nicht gegen unsere Grundprinzipien arbeiten).

Das Projekt ist in einer Versammlung mit dem Ziel konstituiert, die Aktivitäten von „Perasma“ zu leiten und trägt daher eine eigene politische Verantwortung, ist aber keine politische Gruppe mit einem einheitlichen politischen Mitspracherecht und Handeln. Politisch orientiert gegen Staat, Kapital, Patriarchat und deren Abkömmlinge, Sexismus, rassistischen und sozialen Rassismus, ist sie von Klassen- und internationalistischer Solidarität, Feminismus und Antirassismus inspiriert. Sie verteidigt in erster Linie und praktiziert die Autonomie gegenüber dem Staat, den Parteien, den NGOs und der Bürokratie des Syndikalismus.

Sie arbeitet nach den Prinzipien der Selbstorganisation, Horizontalität, Anti-Hierarchie, Personenrotation und finanzieller Unabhängigkeit. Die Generalversammlung hat einen entscheidenden Charakter durch Einstimmigkeit/Konsens – mit daraus folgender politischer Verantwortung. Sie besteht aus Vertretern der im Sozialzentrum koexistierenden politisch-gesellschaftlichen Kollektive und Strukturen (und verantwortlich für deren politische Äußerungen, Verfahren, Interventionen, Veranstaltungen) und aus den Personen, die jeweils die Arbeitsgruppen des Projektes bilden. Die Generalversammlung, die die Autonomie ihrer Persönlichkeit und ihres Handelns respektiert, mischt sich offensichtlich nicht in diesen Bereich ein - ebenso wenig wie in die Veranstaltungen, die im "Selbstverwaltetes Sozialzentrum Perasma" stattfinden.

In seinen internen Prozessen werden Kameradschaft, Solidarität, gegenseitiger Respekt, Selbstverpflichtung, Ausdruck des politischen Willens zum gemeinsamen Handeln und die produktive Bewältigung der auftretenden Probleme angestrebt. Die Gemeinschaften/Strukturen, die im selbstverwalteten Sozialzentrum Perasma untergebracht werden möchten, stellen ihre Anfrage an die monatliche Versammlung und präsentieren, was sie sind und was sie tun, sowie die Bedürfnisse, die sie aus dem Raum haben; Voraussetzung ist neben der Akzeptanz der politischen Rahmenbedingungen und der Handlungsrahmen, das Zusammenleben/Koexistenz mit den anderen Kollektiven nicht als „Zwangslösung ihres Wohnungsproblems“ zu betrachten, sondern als wesentlichen Beitrag zur Schaffung eines öffentlichen Gemeinschaftsraums. Alle Personen, die sich am Selbstverwalteten Sozialzentrum Perasma beteiligen möchten, stellen ihren Antrag an das monatliche Treffen, jedoch ist neben der Akzeptanz der politischen und betrieblichen Rahmenbedingungen die Bereitschaft zur Kollektivierung innerhalb des "Selbstverwalteten Sozialzentrums Perasma" ein wichtiger Faktor. Verwaltetes Sozialzentrum Perasma"; daher müssen die einzelnen Personen in angemessenen Abständen an einigen der Arbeitsgruppen, Aktivitätsgruppen teilnehmen und/oder die Gründung neuer Gruppen vorschlagen und fördern. Da sich die Physiognomie des Raums nur durch gleichberechtigte Gesellschaft entwickeln kann, werden Verhaltensweisen, die Sexismus, Rassismus, Abwertung von Partnern und Gefährten oder das kollektive Unternehmen selbst reproduzieren, nicht toleriert – aber wenn sie auftreten, werden sie als Anliegen an die Versammlung herangetragen das Ziel, die von ihnen verursachten Probleme zu lösen.

Das Zentrum ist offen und unterstützt jeden Versuch, soziale und Klassenkämpfe zu stärken. Es begrüßt und beherbergt Programme während des Prozesses ihrer politischen Bildung, veranstaltet Solidaritätsaktionen in verschiedenen Bereichen (Klasse, Geschlecht, soziale Rechte, Antirassismus, Flüchtlinge-Immigranten). Sein Innenleben artikuliert sich um die inneren Prozesse der Gruppen, die Selbstbildungsdiskussionen über Texte und Bücher, die offenen Veranstaltungen, die organisiert werden, die Filme, die gezeigt werden, die Theaterstücke, die aufgeführt werden, die Musikabende, die servierten Kaffees, die Feierlichkeiten unseres gemeinsamen Lebens und die Freude am Kämpfen; und vor allem durch die Bindungen, die all dies aufbaut. 

In diesem Zusammenhang versucht das „Selbstverwaltete Sozialzentrum Perasma“, das sich selbst als integralen Bestandteil der Bewegung versteht, ein Ort der Begegnung, Bereicherung und Förderung sozialer, politischer und Klassenkämpfe zu bleiben. Wirtschaftliche Unabhängigkeit, politische Einstellung und Wahlmöglichkeiten sind eine notwendige Bedingung, die die Existenz des Schutzhauses ermöglicht und die Menschen von unten tatsächlich unterstützt und ermächtigt.

Um also die Räumlichkeiten offen zu halten,

ist unsere Stärke der kollektive Wille und die praktische Solidarität

all jener, die erkennen, dass gesellschaftliche

En 2016, tras la autodisolución del colectivo Espacio Autónomo (Aftonomo Steki), que tuvo la responsabilidad política del espacio homónimo durante 18 años, personas y grupos, que durante los años de su funcionamiento, habían desarrollado relaciones políticas y de compañerismo dentro del "Espacio Autónomo" decidieron formar un nuevo espacio de resistencia llamado "Espacio Autogestionado PASAJE". En ese espacio confluyen agregaciones político-sociales con referencias a la anarquía social y al comunismo libertario, colectivos en torno al género, el patriarcado y el antisexismo, grupos de autoeducación, un grupo para el arte desde abajo y estructuras del movimiento (radio, biblioteca de préstamo, librería, espacio para la distribución de productos cooperativos y bienes básicos sin intermediarios, en contacto y comunicación directa con productores que no operan en contra de nuestros principios).

Los grupos y colectivos, que participan en el proyecto, constituyen una asamblea que su objetivo es gestionar y coordinar las actividades que se llevan a cabo en el "Espacio Autogestionado PASAJE". La asamblea lleva la responsabilidad política del espacio, sin embargo no es un grupo político con discurso y acción política unanima. Se orienta políticamente contra el Estado, el capital, el patriarcado y sus derivados, el sexismo, el racismo racial y social, y se inspira en la solidaridad de clase e internacionalista, el feminismo y el antirracismo. Como proyecto defendemos, en praxis, la autonomía frente al Estado, partidos, ONG y burocracia sindical.

El proyecto funciona bajo los principios de la autoorganización, la horizontalidad, la anti-jerarquía, la rotación y la autosuficiencia económica. La Asamblea General es de carácter decisivo, toma decisiones por unanimidad o consenso, con la consiguiente responsabilidad política. Está formada por representantes de los colectivos políticos/sociales y de las estructuras que coexisten en el espacio (y que son responsables de su discurso político, sus procedimientos, intervenciones y eventos) y por las personas que forman los grupos de trabajo en cada momento concreto. La Asamblea General, respetando activamente la autonomía, el carácter y las actividades de cada colectivo, no interviene en sus asuntos internos, al igual que no se inmiscuye en los eventos acogidos por el "Espacio Autogestionado PASAJE".

En los procesos internos de Espacio, se busca el compañerismo, la solidaridad, el respeto mutuo, el auto-compromiso, la expresión de la voluntad política de colectivizar las acciones y la gestión productiva de los asuntos corrientes. Los colectivos/estructuras que quieren cohabitar en el “Espacio Autogestionado PASAJE” hacen su solicitud en la reunión mensual, presentando lo que son y lo que hacen así como sus necesidades de espacio; además de aceptar el marco político y operativo, la condición es que no consideren la cohabitación/convivencia con otros colectivos/estructuras como una "solución forzada por su problema de espacio", sino como contribución esencial a la construcción de un espacio común de resistencia. Las personas que quieran participar individualmente en el “Espacio Autogestionado PASAJE”, igual se dirigen a la asamblea mensual, sin embargo, además de la aceptación del marco político y operativo, una condición importante es su voluntad de colectivizar dentro del "“Espacio Autogestionado PASAJE”; por lo tanto, en un plazo razonable, deben participar en alguno de los grupos de trabajo, grupos de actividades y/o proponer y promover la creación de otros. Dado que los objetivos del proyecto pueden avanzar sólo a través de las relaciones de igualdad y compañerismo entre tod@s l@s participantes, no hay tolerancia en comportamientos que reproducen el sexismo, el racismo, el menosprecio de l@s compañer@s o del propio proyecto colectivo; En el caso que surgen tales comportamientos, se plantean como cuestión en la asamblea para que se resuelven los problemas posibles.

El espacio está abierto (y apoya) a cualquier acción fortalece las luchas sociales y de clase. Recibe y acoge a grupos que están en el proceso de formación política, acoge actividades de solidaridad (de clase, de género, derechos sociales, anti-racismo, refugiados-inmigración). Su vida interna se articula en torno a los procesos internos de los colectivos participantes, a los debates autogestionados de autoeducación colectiva, a los actos abiertos que se organizan, a las películas que se proyectan, a las obras de teatro que se representan, a las veladas musicales, a los cafés, a las celebraciones de nuestra vida común, a la alegría de las luchas; y, sobre todo, a los lazos que todo ello construye.

En este contexto, el “Espacio Autogestionado PASAJE”, reconociéndose como parte del movimiento, pretende seguir siendo un lugar de encuentro, enriqueciendo y promoviendo las luchas sociales, políticas y de clase. La autosuficiencia económica -para nosotr@s opción y una postura política- es condición necesaria que garantiza nuestra capacidad de existir como espacio que , a su vez, está apoyando y empoderando, en la práctica, a l@s de abajo como parte propia.

Por lo tanto, para mantener los pasajes abiertos,

nuestra fuerza es la voluntad colectiva y la solidaridad

en praxis con todos los que reconocen que la emancipación social

necesita (muchos) PASAJES.

Nel 2016, dopo l'autoscioglimento del "Centro sociale autogestito", che per 18 anni ha avuto la responsabilità politica dello spazio che aveva lo stesso nome del collettivo, le persone e i gruppi che avevano sviluppato relazioni politiche e sociali all'interno del "Centro sociale autogestito" durante i suoi anni di attività hanno deciso di fondare un nuovo spazio pubblico appartenente al movimento di sinistra con il nome di "Centro sociale autogestito Perasma". In questo centro sociale si riuniscono collettività politico-sociali con riferimenti all'anarchia sociale e al comunismo libertario, collettivi intorno al genere, al patriarcato e all'antisessismo, gruppi di autoeducazione, gruppi per l'arte dal basso e strutture (radio, biblioteca, libreria, spazio per la distribuzione di prodotti cooperativi e beni di prima necessità senza mediatori, in diretto contatto e comunicazione con i produttori che non lavorano in direzione opposta ai nostri principi fondamentali).

Il progetto è costituito da un'assemblea che ha lo scopo di gestire le attività di "Perasma" e che ha quindi una propria responsabilità politica, ma non è un gruppo politico con una voce e un'azione politica unitarie. Orientato politicamente contro lo Stato, il capitale, il patriarcato e i suoi derivati, il sessismo, il razzismo razziale e sociale, si ispira alla solidarietà di classe e internazionalistica, al femminismo e all'antirazzismo. Difende innanzitutto l'autonomia dallo Stato, dai partiti, dalle ONG e dalla burocrazia del sindacalismo.

Opera secondo i principi di auto-organizzazione, orizzontalità, anti-gerarchia, rotazione delle persone e indipendenza finanziaria. L'Assemblea generale ha un carattere decisivo attraverso l'unanimità/il consenso - con conseguente responsabilità politica. È composta dai rappresentanti dei collettivi e delle strutture politico-sociali che coesistono nel centro sociale (e sono responsabili del loro discorso politico, delle procedure, degli interventi, degli eventi) e dalle persone che di volta in volta costituiscono i gruppi di lavoro del progetto. L'Assemblea Generale, nel rispetto dell'autonomia della loro personalità e azione, ovviamente non interferisce in questo campo - così come non interferisce negli eventi ospitati nel "Centro Sociale Autogestito Perasma".

Nei suoi processi interni si punta all'unione, alla solidarietà, al rispetto reciproco, all'autoimpegno, all'espressione della volontà politica di azione collettiva e alla gestione produttiva delle questioni che si presentano. Le collettività/strutture che vogliono essere co-locate nel Centro Sociale Autogestito Perasma fanno la loro richiesta all'assemblea mensile presentando ciò che sono e ciò che fanno, così come le esigenze che hanno dallo spazio; oltre ad accettare il quadro politico e il quadro operativo, un prerequisito è quello di non considerare la coabitazione/coesistenza con le altre collettività come una "soluzione forzata al loro problema abitativo", ma come un contributo essenziale alla creazione di uno spazio pubblico comune. Tutte le persone che vogliono partecipare al Centro Sociale Autogestito Perasma fanno la loro richiesta alla riunione mensile, ma oltre all'accettazione del quadro politico e operativo, un fattore importante è la volontà di collettivizzazione all'interno del "Centro Sociale Autogestito Perasma"; pertanto, a intervalli ragionevoli le singole persone (devono) partecipare ad alcuni dei gruppi di lavoro, gruppi di attività e/o proporre e promuovere la creazione di nuovi. Poiché la fisionomia dello spazio può evolversi solo attraverso una compagnia paritaria, non sono tollerati comportamenti che riproducono sessismo, razzismo, svalutazione di compagni e compagne o dell'impresa collettiva stessa; tuttavia, se si verificano, vengono sollevati come questioni all'assemblea con l'obiettivo di risolvere i problemi che hanno causato.

Il centro sociale è aperto e favorevole a qualsiasi tentativo di rafforzare le lotte sociali e di classe. Accoglie e ospita varie idee durante il processo di formazione politica, ospita azioni di solidarietà in diversi campi (classe, genere, diritti sociali, antirazzismo, rifugiati-immigrati). La sua vita interna si articola intorno ai processi interni dei gruppi, alle discussioni di autoformazione su testi e libri, agli eventi aperti che vengono organizzati, ai film che vengono proiettati, agli spettacoli teatrali che vengono messi in scena, alle serate musicali, ai caffè serviti, alle celebrazioni della vita comune e alla gioia di lottare; e soprattutto, attraverso i legami che tutto questo costruisce.

In questo contesto, il "Centro Sociale Autogestito Perasma", riconoscendosi come parte integrante del movimento, cerca di rimanere un punto di incontro, di arricchimento e di promozione delle lotte sociali, politiche e di classe. L'indipendenza economica, l'attitudine e la scelta politica sono una condizione necessaria per garantire la possibilità del rifugio di esistere e di sostenere e potenziare effettivamente il popolo dal basso.

Quindi, per mantenere i passaggi aperti,

Το 2016, μετά την αυτοδιάλυση της συλλογικότητας Αυτόνομο Στέκι, η οποία είχε την πολιτική ευθύνη του ομώνυμου χώρου για 18 χρόνια, άνθρωποι και ομάδες που στα χρόνια λειτουργίας του είχαν αναπτύξει πολιτικές και συντροφικές σχέσεις μέσα στο «Αυτόνομο Στέκι» αποφάσισαν τη συγκρότηση ενός νέου δημόσιου κινηματικού χώρου με το όνομα «Αυτοδιαχειριζόμενο Στέκι Πέρασμα». Σε αυτό συναντιούνται πολιτικές/κοινωνικές συσσωματώσεις με αναφορές στην κοινωνική αναρχία και στον ελευθεριακό κομουνισμό, συλλογικότητες γύρω από το έμφυλο, την πατριαρχία και τον αντισεξισμό, ομάδες αυτομόρφωσης, ομάδα για την τέχνη από τα κάτω και δομές (κινηματικό ραδιόφωνο, δανειστική βιβλιοθήκη, βιβλιοπωλείο, χώρος διάθεσης συνεργατικών προϊόντων και βασικών αγαθών χωρίς τη μεσολάβηση μεσαζόντων, σε άμεση επαφή και επικοινωνία με παραγωγούς που δεν δραστηριοποιούνται αντίθετα προς βασικές αρχές μας).

Το εγχείρημα συγκροτείται ως συνέλευση με στόχο τη διαχείριση των δραστηριοτήτων που πραγματοποιούνται στο «Αυτοδιαχειριζόμενο Στέκι Πέρασμα» και επομένως έχει την πολιτική ευθύνη του, όμως δεν αποτελεί πολιτική ομάδα με ενιαίο πολιτικό λόγο και δράση. Προσανατολισμένο πολιτικά ενάντια σε κράτος, κεφάλαιο, πατριαρχία και στα παράγωγά τους, τον σεξισμό, τον φυλετικό και τον κοινωνικό ρατσισμό, εμπνέεται από την ταξική και τη διεθνιστική αλληλεγγύη, τους φεμινισμούς και τον αντιρατσισμό. Προταγματικά και έμπρακτα υπερασπίζεται την αυτονομία από το κράτος, τα κόμματα, τις Μ.Κ.Ο. και τη συνδικαλιστική γραφειοκρατία.

Λειτουργεί βάσει των αρχών της αυτοοργάνωσης, της οριζοντιότητας, της αντιεραρχίας, της εναλλαγής προσώπων και της οικονομικής αυτοτέλειας. Η Γενική Συνέλευση έχει χαρακτήρα αποφασιστικό μέσω ομοφωνίας/συναίνεσης – με συνακόλουθη την πολιτική ευθύνη. Αποτελείται από εκπροσώπους των πολιτικών/κοινωνικών συλλογικοτήτων και των δομών που συμβιώνουν στον χώρο (και είναι υπεύθυνες για τον πολιτικό λόγο, τις διαδικασίες, τις παρεμβάσεις, τις εκδηλώσεις τους) και από όσα πρόσωπα απαρτίζουν κάθε φορά τις ομάδες εργασίας του εγχειρήματος. Η Γενική Συνέλευση, σεβόμενη έμπρακτα την αυτονομία της φυσιογνωμίας και της δράσης τους, προφανώς δεν παρεμβαίνει στο πεδίο αυτό – όπως δεν παρεμβαίνει ούτε και στις εκδηλώσεις που φιλοξενούνται στο «Αυτοδιαχειριζόμενο Στέκι Πέρασμα».

Στις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες της επιδιώκεται η συντροφικότητα, η αλληλεγγύη, ο αλληλοσεβασμός, η αυτοδέσμευση, η έκφραση της πολιτικής βούλησης για συλλογικοποίηση της δράσης και η παραγωγική διαχείριση των ζητημάτων που προκύπτουν. Οι συλλογικότητες/δομές που θέλουν να συστεγαστούν στο Αυτοδιαχειριζόμενο Στέκι Πέρασμα κάνουν το αίτημά τους προς τη μηνιαία συνέλευση παρουσιάζοντας το τι είναι και τι κάνουν καθώς και τις ανάγκες που έχουν από τον χώρο• πέρα από την αποδοχή του πολιτικού πλαισίου και του πλαισίου λειτουργίας προϋπόθεση είναι να μην θεωρούν τη συγκατοίκηση/συνύπαρξη με τις άλλες συλλογικότητες/εγχειρήματα ως μια «αναγκαστική λύση στο στεγαστικό τους πρόβλημα», αλλά ως μια ουσιαστική συμβολή στη συγκρότηση ενός δημόσιου κινηματικού χώρου. Όσα πρόσωπα θέλουν να συμμετέχουν στο Αυτοδιαχειριζόμενο Στέκι Πέρασμα ως τέτοια κάνουν και αυτά το αίτημα τους προς τη μηνιαία συνέλευση, ωστόσο πέρα από την αποδοχή του πολιτικού πλαισίου και του πλαισίου λειτουργίας σημαντικός παράγοντας είναι η διάθεση για συλλογικοποίηση μέσα στο «Αυτοδιαχειριζόμενο Στέκι Πέρασμα»• επομένως σε εύλογο διάστημα τα μεμονωμένα πρόσωπα (πρέπει να) συμμετέχουν σε κάποια από τις ομάδες εργασίας, τις ομάδες δραστηριοτήτων ή/και να προτείνουν και να προωθήσουν τη δημιουργία νέων. Δεδομένου ότι η φυσιογνωμία του χώρου μπορεί να εξελίσσεται μόνο μέσα από ισότιμες συντροφικές σχέσεις, δεν είναι καταστατικά ανεκτές συμπεριφορές που αναπαράγουν τον σεξισμό, τον ρατσισμό, την απαξίωση των συντρόφων και συντροφισσών ή του ίδιου του συλλογικού εγχειρήματος – ωστόσο, εάν προκύψουν, τίθενται ως θέματα στη συνέλευση με στόχο την επίλυση των προβλημάτων που προκάλεσαν.

Ο χώρος είναι ανοιχτός και υποστηρικτικός σε κάθε κίνηση ενδυνάμωσης των κοινωνικών και ταξικών αγώνων. Υποδέχεται και φιλοξενεί σχήματα κατά τη διαδικασία πολιτικής τους συγκρότησης, φιλοξενεί αλληλέγγυες δράσεις σε επιμέρους πεδία (ταξικό, έμφυλο, κοινωνικά δικαιώματα, αντιρατσισμός, προσφυγικό-μεταναστευτικό). Η εσωτερική του ζωή αρθρώνεται γύρω από τις εσωτερικές διαδικασίες των ομάδων, τις συζητήσεις αυτομόρφωσης πάνω σε κείμενα και βιβλία, τις ανοιχτές εκδηλώσεις που διοργανώνονται, τις ταινίες που προβάλλονται, τα θεατρικά που ανεβαίνουν, τις μουσικές βραδιές, τα καφενεία, τις γιορτές της κοινής μας ζωής, της χαράς των αγώνων• και κυρίως μέσα από τους δεσμούς που όλα αυτά χτίζουν.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, το «Αυτοδιαχειριζόμενο Στέκι Πέρασμα», αναγνωρίζοντας τον εαυτό του ως αναπόσπαστο τμήμα του κινήματος, επιδιώκει να παραμένει σημείο συνάντησης, εμπλουτισμού και προώθησης των κοινωνικών, πολιτικών και ταξικών αγώνων. Η οικονομική αυτοτέλεια, επιλογή και στάση πολιτική, είναι αναγκαίος όρος που διασφαλίζει τη δυνατότητα να υπάρχει, και με τη σειρά του να στηρίζει και να ενδυναμώνει έμπρακτα τους από τα κάτω ως δικό τους κομμάτι.

Για να κρατήσουμε λοιπόν τα περάσματα ανοιχτά,

δύναμή μας είναι η συλλογική βούληση και η έμπρακτη αλληλεγγύη

όλων όσων αναγνωρίζουν πως η κοινωνική χειραφέτηση

έχει ανάγκη (πολλά) περάσματα.
